The Community Grocer - Events
The Community Grocer (TCG) is a not-for-profit and social enterprise addressing the physical, economic, and social barriers to fresh food access, by holding weekly affordable markets in low-income areas; stocking culturally appropriate produce; and creating weekly gathering spaces promoting community connections and celebrating diversity.
Our markets:
PAKENHAM: Thursdays 9am - 1pm @ Outlook Community Centre, 24 Toomuc Valley Rd
CARLTON: Fridays, 8am - 12pm @ 478 Drummond St
HEIDELBERG WEST: Saturdays 9am - 1pm @ The Bell St Mall
This shopfront is currently being used for the sale of Grocer Gift Cards. Grocer Gift Cards will be sent electronically within 5 business days (usually faster) to the email used to make the purchase. They can be redeemed at any of our markets within 3 years.
Final date of purchase for 2021 will be 20 December.
