Home-made Pies, Sausage Rolls, Pasties and Cakes. Being a French living in Australia, I have decided to make Australian classics with a French twist. Our pies, sausage rolls and pasties are filled with French culture and made with Australian ingredients. Our products are made from as many local ingredients as possible, using our own backyard free-range chicken eggs. Our philosophy is to promote local farmers, giving them the recognition they deserve. By working in a way that respects the environment, and using local & seasonal products, Le Yum makes fresh and delicious products that are environment-friendly too. We don't have to eat oranges in summer that come from the northern hemisphere. Let's just wait a few more months and enjoy all the berries and peaches. We are constantly developing new recipes that have very little (or no) processed foods. We steer clear of using artificial flavours, instead using tasteful natural ingredients.
